The talks will not be live streamed, but will be recorded. Video access will be provided via a private link to all attendees. If you'd like access you can support our confrence by buying the "Video Access Only" tier.

Prior to 2 weeks before the event we can refund the full ticket price minus Eventbrite's fees and taxes, which are out of our control.

If you are currently employed in the industry, we highly encourage you not to go out of pocket to attend a conference. Consider asking your current employer if they will help support your attendance. It's a great education opportunity they should invest in.

If you are a student or member of a underrespresented group in our community, consider applying for the Diversity Scholarship Program. This will put your name in a raffle for a free ticket. See our Diversity & Inclusion page for more info.

If you are uncertain about whether you can attend and apprehensive to buy, but also want to get an early bird price, keep in mind we have a refund policy of the full price, minus eventbrite fees & taxes.

Yes, we can cover tavel and accomodation for our speakers. When you submit a talk proposal you can indicate whether you will need travel assistance.

We can't promise getting back to anyone before the close of our CFP, but will do our best to consider the need for time to plan when travelling from afar. Unfortunately it is necessary to leave some speaker decisions until closer to conference time as our final budget is better understood.
